1 bunch of Organic Kale (Remove stems, wash and thoroughly dry)
1 TBSP raw Cashews or Walnuts (crushed in food processor or Vitamix)
½ Lemon about 1 TBSP
1-2 TBSP garlic powder
sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
*add a pinch of cayenne pepper to spice them up
Chop kale into bite size pieces. (Dry for best results) Place on unbleached parchment paper. Lightly spritz with coconut oil. Sprinkle crushed cashews, sea salt, and garlic powder over kale. Squeeze about 1 tbsp lemon juice over kale. Place in preheated oven at 350 for 6-8 minutes until dried (don’t let burn) Broil for an additional 2 minutes or until crispy.
