Lime Cilantro Jalapeno Vinaigrette

Lime Cilantro Jalapeno Vinaigrette
2 TBSP. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 small strip of jalapeno pepper (seeds and ribs removed), finely chopped
1/4 cup cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
A squirt of honey
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp pink sea salt (more or less depending on your tastes)
black pepper freshly ground to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender, or small food processor bowl. Puree or pulse ingredients together, until mixture just begins to come together, and cilantro is finely chopped. This will make a wonderful addition to any salad. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days and shake before using.
